Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 2, relating to the vocational                                                            
education account and appropriations from that account, was enrolled,                                                           
signed by the President and Secretary, Speaker and Chief Clerk and                                                              
the engrossed and enrolled copies transmitted to the Office of the
